medtek/E-access Portal simulation
Developed a simulation-based training using Storyline 360 to mimic the eAccess portal used for conducting Benefits Verifications. The solution enabled cost-effective, hands-on training for Lilly Direct agents without needing to pay for access during every training session, saving both time and significant training costs.
Inbound Call Simulation
Built an engaging Storyline 360 call simulation to help new hires at NovoCare practice real-life inbound call scenarios. The goal was to reduce onboarding errors and improve program comprehension through scenario-based learning that mimicked live call environments.

Created an interactive eLearning course in Rise 360 to address a surge in compliance violations related to the Recorded Line Statement at EVERSANA. The course focused on the basics of delivering the RLS, reinforced through real scenarios and interactive assessments.

Designed a multi-format training solution for Merck’s Adverse Event Reporting Portal using Storyline 360, Premiere Pro, and MS Word. The course included a demo video, hands-on simulation, and a downloadable job aid, built from scratch to support agents in reporting adverse events with accuracy and confidence.

Developed an advanced Rise 360 course on creating SMART, evidence-based CAPAs tailored to EVERSANA’s internal quality and audit standards. Building on the foundational CAPA training, this module provided in-depth guidance on designing, documenting, and evaluating multiple CAPAs within a single investigation.
