There was a need for a structured learning experience to explain the fundamentals of disaster management to a general audience. The goal was to teach not just the theory, but also the decision-making points and technical steps involved in real-life disaster planning and response.

I was responsible for designing a visually engaging and instructionally sound course that covered:

Using Storyline 360, I built the course with interactive visuals, quizzes, and decision-point activities to engage learners throughout the flow. I also designed supporting visuals and graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to clearly depict disaster scenarios, flowcharts, and timelines. The course was structured to encourage strategic thinking, with examples that helped users understand real-world applications of disaster response planning.

The course was well-received as a foundation-level disaster management module, praised for its clarity, design, and structure. It helped learners grasp both the conceptual and tactical aspects of managing emergencies and served as a valuable educational asset across different learning environments.
